Why Join NVASP?

There are so many reasons to get involved in NVASP. By signing up, you’re joining a connection of support from school psychologists across Nevada. NVASP provides professional development opportunities and resources as well as relaying information from NASP. We also advocate for school psychologists through state legislation. Getting involved is a great way to socialize and network with other school psychologists.

Everyone knows that school psychologists are agents of positive change, and joining NVASP is a great way to go about implementing positive changes. NVASP is easy to get involved in, and we're always looking for new volunteers. Overall, when passionate school psychologists get together, amazing things happen and the state as a whole benefits.

Associate Member - $30.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: July 1st No automatically recurring payments Associate members are engaged in educational administration or another field that is closely related to school psychology but is not primarily school psychological in nature (ex. counselor, principal, speech language pathologist, teacher, etc). School psychologists practicing outside of Nevada or on a leave of absence may also be considered associate members.

Regular Member - $30.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: July 1st No automatically recurring payments Regular members are credentialed in Nevada and practicing as school psychologists, supervisors, professors, or trainers.

Retiree - $15.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: July 1st No automatically recurring payments Retiree members have retired from active employment and are not qualified for any other class of membership.

Student - Free Subscription period: 1 year, on: August 1st No automatically recurring payments Student members are enrolled in a training program which leads to credentialing as a school psychologist, and who are not employed in any capacity which would allow membership in any other class.
